Retreat!
My definition of retreat is this:
Retreat: to withdraw from everyday life for the purpose of reflecting, refreshing and returning renewed.
Re (do it again and again) TREAT!
Treat yourself to a RETREAT at the mountains or the beach.
To the Mountains.....
